A small paddle tail for a light presentation, including very slow retrieves with tail movement at low speed.
How to fish it: Twitch and pause, or swim steadily while varying speed and depth. Another option is to let it sink, then twitch it slowly along the bottom.
Rigging: Jig head first: approximately 0.5–3 g with a #6–#4 hook. For Cheb, Texas or Carolina, use an unweighted EWG #6–#4 with a separate 0.5–3 g weight. A tungsten micro jig head is another option for a light presentation; check that the hook clears the body. For dropshot, nose-hook the lure above a separate weight and work it with small movements and pauses.

Build the setup:
- Standard Jig Heads: 1 g / #6 or 2 g / #4.
- Tungsten Micro Jig Heads for a lighter presentation. These use smaller hooks than the standard jig-head sizes above; check the hook fit and clearance.
- Standard EWG Hooks: #6 or #4, with a separate weight for Cheb, Texas or Carolina.
- Dropshot / Wacky Hooks for the dropshot option. Match the hook to the lure when nose-hooking.
