The larger fork-tail profile for searching a swim and then slowing down.
How to fish it: Let the jig-head rig drop, then twitch and pause. Quicker jerks help cover water. On dropshot or kickback, move the bottom weight with one or two reel turns, then pause, adding an occasional subtle twitch.
Rigging: Jig head first: approximately 0.5–5 g with a #6–#2 hook. Match the hook and weight to the lure and conditions. Nose-hooked dropshot: #4 or #2 hook. Kickback is another option; choose its sinker separately.
Pack: 8 lures. Hooks and rigging sold separately.
Build the setup:
- Standard Jig Heads. Choose 1 g / #6.
- Dropshot / Wacky Hooks: #4 or #2 for nose-hooked dropshot; check the available sizes.
Hook sizes and weights are starting points. Check the hook fit and choose the weight for the depth, current and presentation.
