StrikeStarter Kit – Heavy (30-65g) — The Pike Starter Kit, Done Properly
Most pike starter kits cut corners where it matters. This one doesn’t.
The StrikeStarter Heavy is built around three large handmade soft lures — 2x 19cm and 1x 14cm — designed and poured in the UK specifically for UK predator fishing. They’re rigged on two heavy-duty swivel rigs with variable weights, giving you options for different depths and current speeds from the moment you open the box.
To make sure you’re fishing safely from the start, we’ve included two 30lb wire traces — ready to use, no assembly required. Pike teeth will cut through mono and fluorocarbon. Wire trace isn’t optional; it’s in the kit.
Glass rattles add vibration and sound in coloured water, giving big lures extra attraction when visibility is low.
The box itself is 3D-printed by Maverick Tackle — compact, durable, and designed to keep your kit organised on the bank.

For main line we recommend 50lb braid minimum. The wire traces included are suitable for pike up to double figures.
Lure colours vary per kit but will always include a mix of natural and high-visibility finishes.
